About
Supporting the body’s natural ability to adapt, recover and restore balance
At Stress Balance Therapy, I use Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology to help identify the stressors that may be influencing wellbeing and support the body’s natural capacity for adaptation and balance.
Stress can take many forms. It may be emotional, physical, nutritional or environmental. Over time, these influences can affect how we feel, function and respond to the demands of daily life.
My approach considers the whole person, exploring the interconnected factors that may be contributing to imbalance rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
Our story and approach

Who i am
Hi, I’m Amy
Bachelor of Health Science – La Trobe University
Bachelor of Human Nutrition – La Trobe University
Certificate IV in Energy Kinesiology – NK Institute
My interest in health has always been driven by a desire to understand the many factors that influence wellbeing and the body’s ability to maintain balance.
While studying health science and nutrition, I became increasingly aware that health is rarely shaped by a single factor. Emotional experiences, physical challenges, nutritional influences and environmental stressors can all affect how we feel, function and respond to everyday life.
This curiosity ultimately led me to Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology, a modality that allows me to explore health through a whole-person lens and support clients in understanding the stressors that may be influencing their wellbeing.
Today, through Stress Balance Therapy, I work with individuals seeking support for emotional wellbeing, physical balance & recovery, and nutritional wellbeing. My approach is grounded, personalised and focused on supporting the body’s natural capacity to adapt, recover and restore balance.
As a mother of three young children, I also understand the realities of modern life and the importance of practical, sustainable approaches to wellbeing. I aim to create a calm and welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered in their health journey.
What we value
A respectful and collaborative experience
Every session is guided by curiosity, careful listening and respect for your individual experiences.
My role is not to tell your body what it needs, but to help explore the factors that may be influencing wellbeing and support your own capacity for adaptation and recovery.
I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, supported and empowered throughout their health journey.
